Preclick has announced PhotoMovieMaker, a software package that allows consumers to turn up to 250 digital pictures into a "stylized movie complete with music, captions, and titles." The resulting DVD movie can be viewed on a television. PhotoMovieMaker movies can also be used to make VCD's, movie emails, or PC screensavers.

With PhotoMovieMaker, digital camera users can create compelling movies from their photos to play on DVD players. In minutes they can turn up to 250 still digital photos into a stylized movie, complete with music, captions and titles. PhotoMovieMaker movies are easily made into VCDs, shared via email, or played as a PC screensaver. A CD or DVD burner is required to burn movies to disc.

The software includes 50 free downloads from eMusic.com, the world's largest unprotected music site.
