Mamiya has announced that the company is spinning off their digital imaging division. A company called Cosmos Digital Imaging is will acquire the new division and run it as a new company to be called Mamiya Digital Imaging. All trademarks, patents, facilities, and inventory will be transferred along with research and development, manufacturing, and sales staff. The transfer is expected to take place on September 1st.
