Casio has released firmware version 1.01 for their new EXILIM EX-Z1000 digital camera. This update patches a rare problem that sometimes caused incorrect colors in outdoor conditions with poor lighting, such as overcast days. You'll want to confirm that you're actually running version 1.00 before updating by holding down the MENU button as you press the Power button to turn on the camera. Keep holding that MENU button until the firmware version appears on the screen. Only update the firmware if you're currently running version 1.00.
