kodak.jpgPC Magazine has released a Kodak EasyShare v5.2 review, finding the software "remarkably easy and packed with handy features." Although they figure experienced shutterbugs should find more advanced solutions, Kodak's free software is a great way for beginners to organize, edit, and share digital images.

PC Magazine concludes that "if you want the best consumer photo-management and sharing app on the market, go with Picasa. Other applications may be more powerful, but they're harder to use and far more expensive (free is hard to beat). But Picasa's advanced tools, such as layering, may be beyond some new users. If you're looking for something simpler, try EasyShare--whether you own a Kodak camera or not."
