In honor of this week's PMA show in sunny Orlando, Florida, John C. Dvorak has sketched out a 100-point evaluation system for digital cameras. Each camera starts out with 100 points, and then gets points deducted for various flaws or lack of features. Based on the camera's score, he then assigns a letter grade (A, B, C, D, or F).
As a test, he runs a couple of digital cameras through the system: the Konica-Minolta X50 (75 points) and the Fujifilm FinePix E900 (95 points).
