HP's Snapfish is about to become the first online photo service to offer home move storage and sharing. The service accepts movies from digital cameras and cell phones, and requires no special downloads, plug-ins or players for either the person sharing the video or the recipient. Users of a cell phone can mail their movies to save@mysnapfish.com.
Snapfish is offering a free one-month trial of the new home movie service. After the trial period, it is available for $2.99 a month or $24.99 per year for unlimited viewing, storage, and sharing of videos up to 10 minutes in length.
