Daniel A. Carp ended his thirty-year career at kodak over the weekend, with his hand-picked successor, Antonio Perez, taking his place as chairman of the board of directors. Perez has been acting as CEO since June 1, 2005.
Carp and Perez have both declined to talk about the transition. Perez is no doubt busy preparing for the Consumer Electronics Show, which begins this Thursday in Las Vegas.
