pcworld.gifDave Johnson at PC World Magazine shows us how to make subjects leap out of a photo, achieving a sort-of 3D effect. The technique he teaches involves isolating your subject in a layer and then smearing or blurring the background. Although he uses Paint Shop Pro, you can get these results in almost any image editing program.
