It's been widely reported today that Fujifilm has announced intentions to cut 1,000 jobs in Japan and 4,000 from other countries. These cuts will come from the Imaging Solutions segment. Also, some manufacturing will move from Japan to China. Currently (before the cuts), there are about 76,000 people in this group.
