Terry O'Neill, one of Britain's most famous photographers, has made statements in the Sunday Times blaming digitals for trashing the art of portrait photography. He says digital imaging is "going to ruin photography."
He says the problem is that "the picture taker keeps on looking at what he's just done rather than look at the subject." He states that you "don't have to be a real photographer" to use the modern technology.
Oh, well.
