Nikon has announced a service advisory regarding its Coolpix 3100, 5700, and SQ digital cameras. A limited number of these models may present symptoms that include images with a strong color tint, are totally black, or have visible defects. If Nikon determines that the problem is associated with this service advisory, the company will service your camera free of charge.
