The folks at Digital Camera Battery have released a device for testing batteries. The Digital Camera Battery Tester has a gauge to tell you the capacity of the battery and a circuit to quickly drain the battery for a reconditioning cycle. The device is intended to tell the user if the NiMH battery being tested needs a cell replaced.
