Breeze Systems has announced the release of BreezeBrowser Pro 1.3, their image browsing and raw conversion software. The new version adds raw conversion for Canon EOS 5D and Canon EOS-1D Mark II N images and automatic lens distortion correction. The software also now contains support for controlled vocabularies when adding IPTC keywords and detailed shooting information from the Canon EOS 5D and Canon EOS-1D Mark II N, including focus point overlay and lens information when using Canon lenses.
BreezeBrowser Pro is available for $69.95 on Windows machines. The price includes a year of free upgrades. Version 1.3 is a free upgrade for all BreezeBrowser Pro customers, and other customers can upgrade to BreezeBrowser Pro for $35.

BreezeBrowser Pro v1.3 introduces Canon EOS 5D and Canon EOS-1D Mark II N raw conversion and automatic lens distortion correction.
BreezeBrowser Pro uses high quality resampling algorithms and Thomas Niemann's highly regarded PTLens profiles to correct for barrel and pincushion lens distortion. Automatic lens distortion correction can be applied to images from both zoom and fixed focal length lenses and is available when converting raw files or when generating proofs from raw files and other image formats.
