Ricoh has announced the Caplio RR530, a compact 5 megapixel digital camera aimed at beginners and amateurs. The camera has a 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom, and 4 scene modes. The RR530 can also record movies. The 12 MB of internal memory can be supplemented by an optional SD card.
Other features include a 6cm macro, webcam function (Windows only), and USB connections to a computer.
