PC World Editor in Chief Harry McCracken recently wrote about the "movie mode" a lot of digital cameras have these days. Specifically, he tried out the feature on his Canon Digital Elph SD500 on a recent trip. He was impressed with the quality of video the camera produced, even if it was only a few minutes at a time. In fact, he seemed to like the fact that he had to edit as he went and pick only the best moments for video.
