The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Kodak is postphoning the expected June release of the $699 Kodak EasyShare One digital camera. The company now expects to begin shipping the camera in October. The CES announcement of the of the camera made a huge splash in January and won several awards. Kodak hasn't specifically stated why they are delaying the release, but that they are "taking the time to do it right." The company was quick to point out that this won't affect any previous earnings forecasts because the camera will be ready for the holiday sales season.
