Creo announced yesterday that it has received Ontario court approval for Kodak's $980 million dollar purchase of the company. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice released the final decision on Friday, but Kodak still faces investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice. Both companies hope to have the deal finalized by this summer.
