HP has announced it has reached an agreement to buy Snapfish, an online photo album and photo processing site. The service claims more than 13 million registered members. This move pits HP up against Kodak, who owns the EasyShare service (formerly Ofoto).
Terms of the sale weren't disclosed, but HP expects to close the deal next month.
