In a press release Monday, Eastman Kodak announced that the United States Department of Justice has made a second request for more information related to Kodak's pending purchase of Canadian printing software maker Creo, Inc. Kodak agreed to purchase the company in January for about $980 million in cash. Kodak has announced their intention to reply to the request as quickly as possible to speed the transaction to a close. Kodak has not said exactly what the request was for or when the company expects to finalize the purchase.
