PC Magazine: It's now features, not megapixels

In a recent article, PC Magazine says that "it's not just about the megapixels," a phrase they heard over and over again at the PMA convention. They've listed several new features in the newest digital cameras that may help wil consumers over.

Nikon's newest feature is a technology that automatically focuses on the faces in a shot. Pentax is introducing re-worked camera bodies that are submersible. Konica Minolta is including a feature that indicates when the camera is too hot to take low-noise images. Olympus has come up with built-in decorative frame templates. Olympus is also romoting their new Zuiko Digital ED lenses.

Other features includ Sony's image stabilization software and HP's new Photosmart BMW Williams.F1 Team Special Edition digital camera that revs up like a Formula One car.
