Following Carly Fiorina's departure from HP, Kodak's CEO Antonio Perez has already stated he has "no interest" in being considered for the job. Perez came to Kodak in April 2003 after 25 years with Hewlett-Packard. He's also brought over several former HP executives, all of whom probably have signed non-compete agreements with Kodak preventing them from returning to HP.
