Corel Corporation has announced that it is now shipping the Paint Shop family of products. The company purchased Jasc Software, the makers of such products as Paint Shop Pro 9, in October 2004.
"The Paint Shop family of products has an excellent reputation across the International market and Corel is keen to develop that further," says Amanda Bedborough, executive vice president of Corel. "Corel will endeavour to provide dedicated support to the Paint Shop customers in every way possible and help them to become more creative with their photography. We look forward to demonstrating our enthusiasm for and commitment to these wonderful products and providing the backing our resellers and partners need."
