UMAX has released the AstraPix 680, an 8 MP slim camera with a 2-inch LTPS (Low Temperature Poly Silicon) LCD display. The PictBridge-compatible camera has a 4x digital zoom (no optical), and 16 MB on-board memory. You can plug more storage into the SD/MMC slot on the bottom of the camera. The camera also shoots AVI movies. The camera is available for an MSRP of $219.99.
