SoundPix Inc. will display a product at MacWorld this year that will allow users to capture images and integrate text, music and voice annotations with them. Users can then share the resulting "soundpix" via email, conventional file sharing methods, via audio-enhanced slideshows, beaming between devices, or posting to the web. The unique aspect of SoundPix's technology is that the sound is encoded directly into the JPEG file along with the image data, which eliminates the need to manage, transmit and assemble multiple files. Recipients of SoundPix pictures can hear the pictures by using the free SoundPix plug-in.

SoundPix Plus Mac is currently available at the price of $39.95 at the SoundPix website.
