Looking to accelerate the rush into digital commercial printing, Kodak is buying Sun Chemical's 50% stake in Kodak Polychrome Graphics for $817 million. Kodak already owns the other 50%. The graphics business was started in 1998. Kodak intends the move to expand their global distribution network for digital printing systems.
