Eastman Kodak announced today that the board of directors has named Dr. Mary Jane Hellyar a Senior Vice President, effective the end of January. Hellyar is currently the President of Kodak's Display & Components Group, and has been with the company since 1982, when she signed on as a research scientist. Hellyar received a BA in chemistry and mathematics from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota; MS and PhD degrees in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA in the Management of Technology from the Sloan School at MIT.
