Kodak India has announced the formation of the Digital and Film Imaging Systems division to handle sales and marketing for consumer and professional imaging products.

Richard Fleming has been appointed the general manager for India and South Asia. He says "this structural change combining two divisions will bring immediate benefits to our retail customers when interacting with Kodak. This meger allows Kodak to answer the request from many customers to provide a single point of contact. The DFIS will market digital cameras, inkjet paper, home printing, digital media, film, one-time use cameras, batteries, equipment, paper and chemistry."
