Concord Camera Corp. has appealed the decision of the Nasdaq Listing Qualification Staff to delist the company's securities because the Nasdaq Stock Market had not received the company's required Form 10-Q for the first quarter of FY2005, which ended October 2, 2004. The company blamed a computer system switchover for the delay, and notes in the appeal that it expects to file the form on or before the end of January 2005.
